Keith Kettering

For the past 19 years Keith has owned and operated FIT (Formulated Individualized Training).  He works with clients seeking general conditioning, weight management and specific performance conditioning from quality of life clients whom have lost more than 200 pounds to elite level professional athletes training for a performance edge.  Every person provides new opportunities, challenges and insights into how rewarding it is to educate, motivate and inspire others to achieve and in many cases exceed their fitness goals.

For the past 15 plus years, his training focus has been on body image and weight management clients and also on sport specific performance, where he has worked with numerous amateur and professional athletes.   Keith is well versed in the correlation between golf specific fitness and sound swing mechanics. Keith has a personal passion for the game of golf both in terms of personal performance and also in terms of helping clients to enjoy the game more. Through time spent both academically and through years of hands on experience, he has a vast understanding of the physiology and biomechanics required to generate a powerful, repeatable and consistent game for any golfer.  Keith understands the development of the synergy between one’s conditioning, golf specific fitness and swing potential.

Keith has played competitive golf for over 25 years, playing to a low index of +2.1.  Over the past 15 years he has competed in the Remax World Long Drive Championships, qualifying for 15 District Finals.

Keith’s motto is, “Everyone intends to succeed, but it is only those whom take action on their intentions that will every truly realize success.”  Being part of that action and helping others reach and in most cases exceed their goals is where Keith thrives!!

  • Qualified for 15 Remax World Long Drive District Finals (2002 – 2016)


  • Longest Drive in competition- 452 yards
